Raaga's Third Birthday Celebrations!

Hi! Thank you for accepting our invitation to come over and celebrate with us! Very excited! 

There is some information we would like to share:

Kwinana Adventure Park: Located in our neighbourhood and frequented by our sweet birthday girl, Raaga, this is a super fun park for the kids to play at and have loads of fun! Tree maze and splash pads are among our favourites! Make sure to bring along a change of clothes to play in the slash pad!

A very good feature of the park is its security system, so parents can relax while the little explorers do their thing! The park is equipped with amenities such as toilets and change rooms.

We have hired the patio in the park to host you.

Keeping in mind everyone's safety on the day, please note the following points:

• Sun safety: This is an out door play area. We have chosen 4PM to 7PM for the party as that was a slot that is expected to be the coolest in the available slots. But going by how hot it has been for quite sometime now, it could still be hot by 4 PM. In order to stay safe and protected from Sun and heat stress, please make sure you and the kids:
• Bring Sun hat
• Apply sun screen - We will provide it on the premises
• Stay in shade - There are plenty of areas that are shaded in the park. The patio will provide ample shade too.  
• Play in the splash pad :)
• Stay hydrated - Water bottles will be provided. There will also be juices and fruits to keep you cool. Water fountains are also available within the park. 
• Wear light coloured, airy,  cool clothes and footwear. 
• Covid Safety: As part of the on-going measures to stay Covid safe, City of Kwinana requires that all the guest be aware of the rules and regulations in this area: 
•  The patio is designed to accommodate 40 guests but as per Covid Safe regulations, they have asked us to limit to no more than 20 people in the patio at one time (applying 1.5m distance rule). We as hosts will coordinate that, but it is something we wanted to let you know. 
• Hygiene and cleanliness as you know is of prime importance during these times. We will provide hand sanitiser and wipes on the premises. Please make use of them. 
• Food: 
• Vegetarian finger food will be served. Please let me know if you have any food intolerances. 
• For safety, we will make note of the key ingredients on the food labels. 
• All food will stay covered at all times - please help us out with this.
• There will also be a kettle, micro wave and refrigerator in the patio. Feel free to use them. 
• An assortment of juices will be available, along with a can of milk. 
• All the required disposable cutlery will be provided. Please help us by disposing the used cutlery/food off in the bins provided. 
• Dispose responsibly: As this is a public facility, it is a responsibility of us all to dispose off the garbage responsibly in the bins provided. 
• Security: As mentioned, the park employs an excellent security system. It offers a safe environment for kids. However, since there will be other people and kids using the facility at the same time too, for some additional safety:
• We will give a sticker to each kid to put on ( I am sure they'll love it ;) )that has our contact numbers on them. 
• You are responsible for your things. I suggest that you use the patio to leave any luggage you bring along. There will always be some one from our group there to make sure your things are safe. 
• We will bring along a basic first aid kit in case some one injures themselves during the play. 
• Parking: There is ample parking available all along the park. 
• However, if you end up parking slightly far, please make sure you dont get heat exhausted during the walk till the park. Please follow sun safety rules and stay hydrated.  
• If you are unable to get a parking spot, please park at the Kwinana Shopping Centre which is just across the street. Give us a call and one of us will come and bring you to the park. 
• Public place ethics: Since this facility is used by others, it is our responsibility to interact with other members of the public cordially :). 
• We are not allowed to play with loose balloons on the premises. Kids can get their baloons once we get out of the park for sure ;)
• We are not allowed to sprinkle confetti on the premises. 

I realise this is a long list but it is important that we all stay safe and enjoy our time! Thank you for being patient and reading the above! Please let me know if you have any questions/ concerns. 

Now for some fun part: 

As you would have already figured with the no. of unicorns in the invitation video, yes, it is a unicorn theme party! Raaga's choice! As her parents, we are doing our bit to make it as unicornie as possible! 

So who are our little unicorns then?

Raaga has had some wonderful memories with all these unicorns and would love to have some extra fun on her special day! She is very excited!

Some fun facts about the birthday girl:

• Raaga turns 3 on 18 Jan! 
• She is turning out to be a very fun loving, chatty and sassy little miss. (Don't be surprised if she comes and gives you a big hug even if she meets you for the very first time!!)
• She loves her dolls and pretty dresses - A very girly girl.
• Her favourite shows these days are "Diana and Roma" and "Baby Jojo". She s loved Emma, JJ etc in the past. 
• She loves her candies, chocolates, cookies, cup cakes etc. (ahh!) Mumma tries her best to sneak in some goodness in them! 
• She is very good at remembering names - so much so, her teachers at day care make her say everyone's names in the day care for fun!
• She likes climbing up and down everything she can see.. hence her fav place -the park. She s specially fond of swings. 
• She pretend plays these days... we find it very creative and fascinating!
• She been showing an inclination to music, singing and dancing! She is very quick at catching lyrics and even corrects me if I get it wrong. I love teasing her with wrong lyrics or tunes. She gets very upset if I go wrong! ha ha!
